As a BDR I, you will play a critical role in driving growth, increasing market share, and enhancing competitiveness by delivering market-driven, differentiated services within clearly defined segments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned areas
• Manage and supervise distributors within your sector, including orders, payments, and redistribution
• Ensure IB products are stocked in full range and available at customer and retail outlets
• Ensure chillers are correctly placed in performing outlets and used exclusively for IBPLC products
• Monitor product pricing at sales outlets according to recommendations
• Keep a close eye on competitor actions and market activity

Minimum Requirements

• 3-year degree qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG
• Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license
• Basic computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the local area
• Excellent administrative skills
