This role involves planning, organising, directing, motivating, and controlling daily operations while providing hands-on support to achieve Butchery Division and Pick n Pay business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum of 5 years’ butchery experience

- Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Understanding of food retail operations
- Proven leadership and people management qualities
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety compliance
- Handle departmental administration accurately
- Drive sales performance and profitability
