Role Overview
We are seeking an Engineer – Security Architecture and Planning to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping MTN’s security framework. The ideal candidate will drive strategic security planning, design robust architecture solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security architecture for enterprise systems.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to inform security planning.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security into all technology initiatives.
- Monitor emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures.
- Provide expert guidance on security tools, technologies, and frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or TOGAF are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise security architecture and planning.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
