Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Administrator to ensure efficient administration, timely processing of payments, compliance, and optimal utilisation of resources across the Parow Campus. This role supports seamless facilities management, procurement, and high standards of internal customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date facilities, fleet, and OHS records
- Ensure timely and correct uploading of vendor payments onto SAP
- Administer annual renewals, preventative maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements
- Maintain and update supplier and vendor information
- Conduct stocktakes and ensure timely replenishment of necessary resources
- Support procurement by requesting the creation of new vendors when needed
- Provide administrative support to service assistants and the fleet team
- Assist with facilities and OHS-related administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12/Matric qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, preferably in financial, procurement, facilities, or OHS management
- Experience with SAP is advantageous
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience in fleet and OHS compliance administration is a plus
- Demonstrated planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
