Job Purpose
Drive revenue growth and build strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to expand PEP’s Retail Media Network. Serve as the primary commercial interface, promoting PEP’s Retail Media ecosystem, ensuring flawless campaign execution, and delivering measurable ROI. Contribute to creating a scalable and profitable retail media network for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to grow and retain business
- Implement effective account management processes to maximize value from key accounts
- Prepare business proposals to onboard new partners
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for Retail Media across assigned accounts
- Co-create and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure financial budgets and targets are met within the fiscal year
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, delivery, and performance reporting
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration and value
- Bridge communication between internal teams and advertisers to ensure campaign success
- Manage ongoing project administration and ensure all account-related tasks are completed
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in Key Account Management, Media Sales, or AdTech sales
- Desirable: Digital Marketing or Sales Certification, Retail Media accreditation (Amazon, Tesco, Walmart, etc.), or 5–8 years’ experience as a KAM in retail media, e-commerce, or trade marketing
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements
- Desirable: Experience with Cellular/FMCG supplier accounts and knowledge of retail relationship ecosystems
- Strong understanding of retail media models (Sponsored Products, Display, DSP/Programmatic, Off Platform, In-store, CRM)
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Data-literate, able to interpret campaign analytics (ROI, ROAS, AOV)
- Desirable: Familiarity with campaign reporting tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ad-serving technology
