Job Overview
The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing professional client service, and supporting administrative, sales, and finance functions to ensure smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities – Front Desk & Client Interaction

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, directing them to the appropriate department while maintaining a professional and polite demeanor
  • Manage incoming phone calls via the switchboard, transferring to the correct staff members
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to staff
  • Maintain courteous and professional inter-company communication

Key Responsibilities – Administrative Support

  • Handle general correspondence and support internal relations
  • Manage stationery and office grocery requisitions, including ordering and verification
  • Assist with ad hoc purchases, obtaining supplier quotations, creating requisitions, securing approvals, placing orders, and matching invoices with purchase orders
  • Support new vendor application processes

Key Responsibilities – Data Capturing & Finance Support

  • Accurately capture job cards and invoices for various departments
  • Perform daily banking duties and post banking details to internal systems

Key Responsibilities – Sales Support

  • Receive and log sales leads from phone calls and walk-in clients
  • Forward leads to Sales Admin or Sales Consultants for follow-up

General Responsibilities

  • Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as required to support branch operations

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with LSN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
