Job Overview
The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to incidents. This role ensures that all security protocols and procedures are followed, contributing to the safety of employees, clients, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrolling of assigned areas to ensure safety and security
• Control entrance and exit points, verifying the identity of individuals
• Safeguard property, personnel, and assets at all times
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on incidents, irregularities, or breaches
• Maintain and complete relevant registers and documentation
• Perform standard security duties in line with training and company procedures

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Grade 10
• Grade C security accredited and registered
• At least 2 years’ experience in the security industry
• No criminal record and willing to undergo regular criminal checks
• Physically fit and able to perform security duties effectively
• Must reside within the area of the advertised position

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
