Role Overview
The Junior Designer will support the creation and execution of visual content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. This role requires strong design fundamentals, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics, layouts, and basic animations based on creative briefs.
- Prepare design mock-ups and present concepts to stakeholders for review.
- Obtain final approvals on all creative work prior to production.
- Collaborate with brand managers, copywriters, photographers, and other designers.
- Adapt approved concepts across ATL and BTL media channels.
- Design and update sales proposal decks and presentation materials.
- Execute revisions and corrections on existing artwork efficiently.
- Create and manage final art (FA) source files accurately.
- Ensure all designs meet client and company brand guidelines.
- Deliver technically accurate artwork for print and digital channels, including correct format, size, and color codes.
- Develop engaging visual content for digital platforms, adhering to technical specifications.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in DTP, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ professional experience in design or DTP.
- Strong portfolio showcasing individual design aesthetic and completed projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Working knowledge of Apple Mac hardware and related design tools.
- Understanding of Finished Art principles and basic motion design/animation.
