Role Overview – Organizational Change Manager
The Organizational Change Manager leads and supports change initiatives with high complexity and cross-functional impact. This role ensures successful planning, execution, and sustainability of organizational transformations while minimizing disruption and driving adoption across the business. The position partners closely with leadership, stakeholders, and project teams to embed change management best practices and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the change management workstream as part of cross-functional project teams
- Plan, implement, and oversee structured change initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impact and develop effective change strategies
- Apply change management methodologies, tools, and training to support successful execution
- Coach and enable business leaders and initiative owners to build change capability
Core Deliverables for High-Complexity Initiatives
Case for Change
- Develop a compelling change narrative that clearly communicates the vision, benefits, and future state to inspire alignment and commitment
Leadership Alignment
- Engage and align leaders to ensure understanding of business value, operational impact, and their role in driving adoption
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to drive awareness, understanding, and sustained adoption
Change Impact Assessment and Mitigation
- Identify transformation impacts, assess risks, and implement structured mitigation plans
Change Network Development
- Establish and manage a network of Change Agents to support adoption and reinforce change efforts
Training Coordination
- Coordinate training initiatives to equip users with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful go-live and long-term sustainability
Change Readiness Management
- Define and monitor KPIs to assess readiness, measure transition progress, and implement actions to ensure adoption
Measuring Results and Insights
- Define post-implementation success metrics and business performance indicators
- Analyze adoption data, identify trends and root causes, and translate insights into actionable improvement plans
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Consulting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Change Management, Communications, and/or Project Management
- Proven project experience in complex or cross-functional environments
- Experience in transformation or IT implementation initiatives is advantageous
- Demonstrated success delivering organizational change across multiple business units
