About the Program

FlySafair is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to deliver outstanding service to passengers while ensuring smooth ticketing, booking, and customer support operations.

Job Description

  • Assist passengers with ticket sales, reservations, and flight changes while explaining applicable rules, terms, regulations, and procedures when required.
  • Provide support to customers during flight disruptions or cancellations and assist with alternative arrangements where necessary.
  • Handle confidential information responsibly while addressing customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Supervisor on duty for further assistance.
  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times to ensure a positive travel experience for passengers.

Job Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).
  • Previous airport and ticket sales experience (Essential).
  • Willingness and ability to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shift schedules when required.
  • Good computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including professional telephone etiquette.
  • Effective conflict resolution abilities.
