iMas Insurance Brokers is seeking a dynamic Short Term Insurance Telesales Consultant to join a growing team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets in the Short-Term Insurance sector.

As a Short Term Insurance Telesales Consultant, you will sell insurance products to both existing and potential members through an outbound sales process, contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly on leads and enquiries.
• Deliver quotes and sales through outbound calls.
• Provide quotations to existing and new members.
• Convert quotations into sales while meeting monthly minimum targets.
• Contact potential members and assist with policy underwriting.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12.
• FAIS credits on NQF level 4 in accordance with FSCA requirements.
• RE5 accreditation as per FSCA legislative requirements.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year outbound Contact Centre Telesales experience.
• At least 6 months’ experience in short-term insurance within a brokerage environment.

• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about sales.
• High integrity and excellent time management.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer service.
