Job Overview
The Sales Administrator is responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring accurate, timely sales order processing. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to support both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer sales orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in line with company standards.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Organize work efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Apply company practices, policies, standards, and procedures consistently.
- Identify and resolve work area problems promptly.
- Maintain regular reporting on progress and key metrics.

Qualifications
- Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.
- High level of self-motivation, focus, and drive.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
