Job Description

Overview

The Hybrid Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing and selling armed monitoring and response agreements, alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, and other electronic security solutions. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and close deals with new customers for armed monitoring and armed response services.
  • Sell upgrades and additions to alarm systems, CCTV systems, and electric fences.
  • Follow up on leads generated internally and via telesales to convert into sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Generate proposals, quotations, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
  • Maintain administrative duties related to sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Achieve and exceed set revenue and new client acquisition targets.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods sales.
  • Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS and DSC systems is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • PSIRA Grade C registration is advantageous.
