Job Description
Overview
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that security operations meet all contractual obligations and maintain the highest standards of service delivery. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring security performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Contract and Service Compliance
- Ensure that all contractual requirements are fulfilled according to client agreements.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of security services provided to clients.
- Recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure that all security personnel maintain the required performance standards.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong and professional relationships between the organization and its clients.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to clients regarding security operations and service improvements.
Operational Coordination
- Liaise daily with branch management to address operational matters and ensure effective service delivery.
- Support operational teams by providing guidance on compliance and security performance requirements.
Reporting and Administration
- Manage and complete all required administrative tasks related to compliance and security operations.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly incident reports and operational reports to management.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to compliance and service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the security industry.
- Proven people management experience.
- Strong administrative, communication, and client liaison skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Competency in the use of firearms for business purposes.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must reside in Gauteng.
