Job Description
The Digital Marketing Graduate at FlySafair Careers will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring integrated marketing campaigns. This role provides hands-on exposure to digital marketing platforms, campaign coordination, and content development while contributing to the organisation’s overall brand and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels
• Support the implementation and tracking of digital marketing initiatives and performance
• Contribute to the creation, updating, and management of content for digital platforms and marketing materials
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support data-driven campaign strategies
• Coordinate daily marketing activities and assist with campaign logistics
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the marketing team
• Develop an understanding of the organisation’s products and services to support effective messaging
• Support the daily operations of the Gear-up programme and related marketing initiatives

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (essential)
• BCom Degree (essential)
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communication (advantageous)
• Exposure to digital marketing practices, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, content creation, and the use of CMS and analytics tools (advantageous)
