About the Program
Join Truworths’ in-house Fashion Studio, the creative hub behind the success of our Ladieswear, Menswear, and Kidswear brands. Here, global fashion trends are analyzed and translated into innovative ideas, drawing from trend institutes, international fashion fairs, and insights from major fashion capitals including the USA, UK, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply your expertise and strong fashion sensibility to interpret global trends in colours, fabrics, styles, and trims for each Truworths brand.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Planners, and Merchandise leadership to inspire and energize teams with trend-driven insights.
• Develop extensive garment and style ranges while ensuring exclusivity through limited quantities of each item.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferably 5 years of design experience in fashion retail or creative manufacturing.
• Candidates with experience as Fashion Buyers who can seamlessly blend design and buying skills are also encouraged to apply.

Competencies

• Strong design skills with proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and CAD.
• Solid understanding of product development and fashion execution.
• Ability to translate creative ideas into commercially viable garments.
