Financial Accountant – Fidelity Vacancies
Reporting To: Finance Manager
Overall Purpose:
Manage financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
- Minimum 3 years of analytical experience
- Experience with SAP/Listener advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills
- Reliable car and valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and weekly journals
- Reconcile and review stock accounts from valuation to GL
- Ensure all clearing accounts are balanced and cleared
- Verify subsidiary ledger batches before posting
- Check admin documents entered into the system
- Resolve queries within agreed departmental/business unit SLAs
- Provide telephonic and written feedback to suppliers and regions on query resolutions
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports
- Analyse monthly variances and general ledger accounts

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, particularly Excel
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Exceptional reconciliation and analytical skills
