Financial Accountant – Fidelity Vacancies

Reporting To: Finance Manager

Overall Purpose:
Manage financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
• Minimum 3 years of analytical experience
• Experience with SAP/Listener advantageous
• Advanced Excel skills
• Reliable car and valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and weekly journals
• Reconcile and review stock accounts from valuation to GL
• Ensure all clearing accounts are balanced and cleared
• Verify subsidiary ledger batches before posting
• Check admin documents entered into the system
• Resolve queries within agreed departmental/business unit SLAs
• Provide telephonic and written feedback to suppliers and regions on query resolutions
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports
• Analyse monthly variances and general ledger accounts
