Job Description
Fidelity is seeking a dynamic Hybrid Sales Consultant to join our team and drive sales of security solutions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by generating new business, building client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to new and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security products.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and customer-focused strategies.
  • Generate and close deals using both self-sourced and internally provided leads.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Perform administrative duties related to sales with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets, preferably in capital goods sales.
  • Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS, DSC, or AJAX is advantageous.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.

  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet applications.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotes to maximize conversion rates.
