Fidelity is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for the company. This role ensures a positive experience for guests, manages communications, and provides administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
