Job Description
Fidelity is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to oversee and guide the sales team, ensuring high performance, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role combines leadership, training, and administrative responsibilities to drive sales success.

Qualification & Experience

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative or Team Leader.

Job Requirements & Duties

• Valid driver’s licence.
• PSIRA registered (Grade C).
• Interview and shortlist potential sales representatives for departmental vacancies.
• Conduct weekly vehicle inspections via the Green Fleet app.
• Maintain Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) with reps weekly and report to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Arrange and accompany reps on group travels.
• Assist in sourcing venues for OPC events.
• Train new Sales Reps (both administrative and field roles) and support underperforming staff.
• Manage sick leave and AWOL cases.
• Assist with traffic fine allocations and PER3 submissions.
• Provide support for technical queries and OTC paperwork rejections.
• Collaborate closely with Direct Sales Administrators to manage HR-related tasks.
