Job Description
Fidelity is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all matters related to security within the CID, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of complex security solutions. This role combines operational management, stakeholder liaison, and strategic oversight to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric
  • PSIRA Registered Grade A
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid Firearm Competency
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum 5 years’ management experience

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Manage operational staff, including on-the-road training, equipment allocation, and shift planning.
  • Oversee vehicle operations: inspections, equipment checks, stock management, servicing, fines, accidents, and tracking.
  • Manage expenses and overtime for the operational team.
  • Monitor construction sites, conduct street light audits, and fulfill other CID-specific requirements.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports for CID management.
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting for the Monitoring Centre hub.
  • Facilitate communication and reporting between CID members and FADT management.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (sales, technical, etc.) and external partners (SAPS, law enforcement, community forums).
  • Identify crime trends and plan operations accordingly.
  • Conduct joint operations with SAPS and law enforcement.
  • Attend to crime incidents and client complaints as necessary.
