Overall Purpose:
The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring the site is managed efficiently and professionally, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The role focuses on adding value to the company, overseeing teams, and ensuring all operational objectives and company standards are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10 or equivalent.
• PSIRA Grade A registered.
• AVSEC Level 3 (Cargo).
• DGR – Group A and CAT6 certification.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the security industry, with previous supervisory or junior management experience.

Job Requirements & Attributes:

• Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license (Code 08/EB) with own reliable transport.
• Strong understanding of disciplinary procedures and maintaining a clean disciplinary record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary liaison with clients, ensuring service expectations are met.
• Manage staff turnover and maintain team performance standards.
• Oversee administration tasks related to site operations.
• Maintain expert knowledge of all site operations and standard operating procedures.
• Manage and supervise security staff to ensure required performance and compliance at all times.
