Clicks Group Careers – Pharmacy Manager
Introduction
Clicks Group Careers is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead the dispensary and clinic operations, ensuring service excellence and high standards of pharmaceutical care. This role drives sales, compliance, and operational efficiency, providing a competitive advantage for the brand.
Duties & Responsibilities
Pharmaceutical Care and Compliance
- Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care, including accurate and safe dispensing, generic substitution, and professional advice, in line with Clicks’ procedures, good pharmacy practice, and SAPC regulations.
Operational Management
- Oversee all dispensary activities, including stock management, shrinkage prevention, housekeeping, and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, SAPC regulations, and company policies.
Financial and Performance Management
- Ensure dispensary viability through sound financial management, focusing on core dispensary and clinic targets, expense control, and proactive decision-making.
Team Leadership and Development
- Build, lead, and motivate a competent team, including learners and interns, through effective selection, coaching, and ongoing development to meet current and future business needs.
Staff Scheduling and Labour Management
- Schedule staff according to labour policies and models, ensuring each department is fully staffed and employee records, including weekly time and attendance, are accurately maintained and submitted to HR.
Customer Experience and Loyalty
- Manage customer service initiatives that deliver exceptional experiences, drive loyalty, and achieve club card participation targets.
Integrated Healthcare Offering
- Foster collaboration between dispensary, clinic, and healthcare aisle teams to provide customers with a comprehensive healthcare solution.
Business Culture and Values
- Promote cohesion, consistency, and integration across store, pharmacy, and clinic teams.
- Drive a high-performing culture that enhances employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and shareholder value.
