Join a team where passion and purpose drive every action! Pick n Pay is seeking a dedicated Shelfpacker to ensure the smooth operation and presentation of the store’s merchandise while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with General Merchandise standards, regulations, and plans to achieve targets and deadlines
• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and safe working standards on the floor and in back-up areas
• Adhere to security procedures at all times
• Maintain merchandise and display standards
• Conduct regular quality checks, rotate stock, and remove damaged or expired items
• Minimise wastage, shrinkage, and damage
• Verify correct pricing on labels and products
• Assist and advise customers, respond to requests, and provide courteous service

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification
• 2–3 years retail experience is an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Successful completion of competency-based interviews and assessments
• Willingness to be transferred between stores if required
• Authorisation for full credit and criminal checks
• Valid South African ID
• Must reside close to the store
