Warehouse/Stockroom Assistant

Join a team where passion and purpose drive every action! Pick n Pay is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Stockroom Assistant to support the efficient operation of the store’s stockroom and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack and store products safely and neatly
• Merchandise products according to company standards
• Inspect product quality, rotate stock, and remove expired items
• Minimise wastage, shrinkage, and damage
• Adhere to and maintain security procedures
• Operate and clean equipment according to standards
• Respond courteously to customer queries
• Off-load deliveries and manage incoming stock

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification
• Successful completion of competency-based interview
• Must reside close to the store

• Conscientious and follows procedures accurately
• Customer-focused with excellent service orientation
• Reliable, thorough, and accurate in routine tasks
• Able to handle routine work efficiently

Additional Information:

• May be required to perform other duties as assigned
• Position requires flexibility and transferability between stores
