Role Purpose
Manage resources effectively to maximise turnover and minimise losses while ensuring full compliance with company standards, processes, and policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 years’ bakery supervisory experience advantageous

Key Responsibilities
Merchandising Management
- Ensure product availability and attractive presentation in line with merchandising standards
- Maintain display quality and stock rotation according to food safety guidelines
Food Safety & Hygiene
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and SOPs
Customer Services Management
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally
- Ensure consistent product quality and availability
Staff Management
- Support supervision, training, and motivation of bakery staff
- Assist with staff scheduling and performance management
Administration
- Maintain accurate records and complete required administrative tasks
- Support stock control, ordering, and wastage management
SAP System Utilisation
- Use SAP to manage stock, orders, and reporting in line with procedures
