Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Store Manager to lead a high-performing store team in achieving business KPIs. This role focuses on driving sales, controlling costs, minimising stock loss, overseeing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, managing stock, and executing promotions effectively.
• Minimise stock loss through a strong store culture and adherence to security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Manage store costs by improving operational efficiencies in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and welcoming store environment.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Proficient in English.
• Tertiary education (degree or diploma in Business or Retail) is an advantage.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite).
