Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Retail Media Key Account Manager to maximize revenue and build strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for promoting PEP’s Retail Media Network, ensuring flawless campaign execution, and delivering exceptional return on investment (ROI). The incumbent will play a critical role in growing a scalable and profitable retail media network for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to grow and retain business.
  • Implement relationship management processes to ensure long-term account success.
  • Create business proposals to onboard new partners.
  • Drive Retail Media commercial growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Co-create and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure financial budgets and revenue targets are achieved for the financial year.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and monitor performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between PEP’s internal teams and advertisers.
  • Manage ongoing projects and administrative tasks within assigned accounts.
  • Deliver value through effective stakeholder management and internal collaboration.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Key Account Management, Media Sales, or AdTech sales.
  • Advantageous: Digital Marketing or Sales Certification, Retail Media accreditation (e.g., Amazon, Tesco, Walmart), or 5–8 years’ experience as a KAM in retail media, e-commerce, or trade marketing.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding significant revenue targets.
  • Experience negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.
  • Advantageous: Experience working with Cellular or FMCG supplier accounts and knowledge of the retail relationship ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of retail media models including Sponsored Products, Display, DSP/Programmatic, Off-Platform, In-store, and CRM.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Data literacy to interpret campaign analytics such as ROI, ROAS, and AOV.
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of campaign reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and understanding of ad-serving technology.
